We offer a variety of comprehensive coaching packages that include 360 assessments, stakeholder feedback, employee-coach-manager alignment and check-in meetings, a detailed employee development plan, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Female Leader Forums
We offer specialized Female Leader forums designed to support women as they advance through three key career stages: entering the workforce, building career and family, and reaching the executive level. At each stage, we provide these women an opportunity to build leadership capability through customized development experiences and create community with other female leaders journeying a similar path.
Our first forum Take-Off is for women at the start of their career journey. We introduce and build important career skills such as navigating salary, imposter syndrome, political savvy, and workplace conflict not often learned in college and internships.
Our second forum Navigate supports mid-level leaders who balance career and motherhood, and our third forum Soar supports women in senior leadership roles. These two groups shape their own learning content to ensure customization for the unique composition of their members.
