Corri Cooper Scott

Corri Cooper Scott, President & Founder of Blue•7 Consultive, is a seasoned organizational development professional who drives performance improvement and transformational change through strategic, innovative human capital solutions. Her pragmatic, business-focused, global orientation is honed from 30+ years of experience across industries, functions, and organizational levels with some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Her areas of expertise include culture change, learning strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, and design of customized, high-impact people solutions to achieve business objectives.

Corri has been a Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) professional coach for more than 25 years. In her coaching practice, she uses a variety of industry certifications such as Inclusive Leader, Emotional Intelligence, and Conflict Management to support leaders on their individual development journeys.

In addition, she leverages the leadership skills she’s honed throughout her career to support non-profits as a board member and consultant in areas of health care, literacy, the arts, and the education and well-being of children.
